Potato & Corn Chowder

Here’s another favorite – chowder. I have been trying to find a recipe for cheesy chowder that I tried 8 years ago, and this one came pretty close. It’s another great slow cooker recipe and it tastes amazing.

Taco Soup / Chili

I’ve had this recipe in my file for two years! I seriously need to go through that thing and start trying some of those old ones I’ve had saved. This one turned out really well, but honestly I’d call this chili, not soup. Either way it was perfect for a rainy day. Plus it was one of the fastest soups I’ve ever made.

South African Corn & Tomato Soup

I don’t know why, but for years I never made soup. I think I thought it was hard, which is funny now that I make them. Soup is so easy. It’s filling, good for you (usually) and I am constantly finding new ones to try.

Mini Cornbread Puddings

Basically these are mini muffins, but they are so moist they are called puddings.
