So.. I was supposed to go to my first therapy appointment a few weeks ago, but due to some sort of clerical error (ie: they called and cancelled and then sent me a notice saying I cancelled), I didn’t go until yesterday.
It was good to go, although it was just a quick appointment for me to fill out paperwork, give them some history/background, and then set up the real appointment, which is in two weeks. And also, I got a prescription for anti-depressants.
I start them tonight.

So.. I finished the kitchen this weekend! I posted before pictures earlier, and it’s taken me three months, but I have a fully functioning, clean kitchen.

So.. a couple of weeks ago an e-mail came out from the project manager saying we all had to switch the signature in our e-mail. Where at one point there was little-to-no direction on what we had to say in our signature, and certainly not any rules on how it should look, we are now directed on exactly what font, color and text to use. Now every e-mail signature looks the same….

So.. my last post was over a month ago, and before that they were pretty sporadic. I’ve posted a few times about things being rough lately, about a few issues, stress, etc.. but never in much detail.
The reason why I’ve been MIA and reclusive is the past few months I have been dealing with in denial about my depression. I’ve debated for the last week or so just what to say here, or if I should say anything at all. The truth is I still don’t really know what’s going on, how I feel, if things will ever REALLY…

So.. I’ve been in my new house for two months now (wow, really?) and I finally got something done. Yeah, shut up.
My first real project has been to tackle the kitchen cabinets. They are old and ugly and were really greasy and disgusting. I decided to paint them white, swap out the hinges for some new silver ones and add handles.
